Stop eating yourself to death, Fast!

What if Cfan prayed.

Prayer is NOT a religious activity.

Let’s stop eating ourselves to death!

His house will be called a house of prayer for the nations.

There is not fasting apart from prayer. It’s not a hunger strike.

“And when you fast, don’t make it obvious, as the hypocrites do, for they try to look miserable and disheveled so people will admire them for their fasting. I tell you the truth, that is the only reward they will ever get. Matthew 6:16.

Our entire church is on a fast for a week. We will be fasting from food and coming together everyday for pray. Seven Days , no food.

Jesus never said “if” you fast but he said “when” you fast. It came as a command. God requires us to fast. The focus of fasting is not abstaining from food but rather spending time with God in prayer.

God cannot do anything on earth unless we ask, invite Him to.

We are starting with worship to focus our minds on God.

Meal times replaced by prayer time.
